Sign-Up for Between the Bays UK 2005
The cost of the week is $980 per person sharing a twin room.
Ten single rooms are available for $1100 for the 8 nights.
There are also a few triple rooms which will
be less: $900.
These fees include a voucher to cover
your meals in the refectory. However, to keep the cost down and to avoid paying for
uneaten food, the voucher will probably only cover the basics (depending on your
appetite!) You can pay for extra as you wish and the prices are very reasonable.
If you wish to attend the camp but stay off-campus,
the price is $520 per person (no food voucher). Ask
Regents College, or us, for a list of nearby lodgings.
The cost for non-dancing companions is $600 per
person sharing a double room.
Unfortunately it will not be posssible for people who have not signed up for the whole week to attend the evening dances. This is because we do not want to overcrowd the hall that we are using.

The full payment for the week is due by June 1st 2005.
BOOKING FORM
Please send a deposit of $150 per person
with your booking.
It will be 100% refundable until May 1; 50%
refundable until June 1.
After July 22 we will need to retain 100% of the full
payment as Regents College requires payment for the booked room.
